Design, build and finance two Sewage Treatment Plants (100 MLD in Digha and 50 MLD
in Kankarbagh) including SCADA and online monitoring system, effluent channels,
interception & diversion works within 18 months, and operate & maintain the complete
works for 15 years and their transfer at the end of concession.
Survey, review, redesign and build sewerage network of 288 km in Digha and 150 km in
Kankarbagh including construction of four pumping stations, SCADA and all appurtenant
structures and allied works within 31 months, and operate & maintain the complete
works till end of concession and their transfer at the end of concession.
